Registration Process
STEP 1: Click the link below to fill out our short Google Form and reserve your spot in the queue.
Once submitted, a staff member will contact you to confirm class availability and provide the necessary registration documents.
Registration is based on space availability and individual program needs.
STEP 2: Once you receive the forms, please return all completed documents together with the non-refundable $85 registration fee to secure your child’s spot.
You can submit your forms in either of the following ways:
Drop-off: First Christian Reformed Church front office (during business hours)
Payment options:
Credit card: Use the payment link at the bottom of this page
Cash or cheque: Drop off with completed forms (cheques payable to First CRC)
